Our First Project:

Name Plates

0-1:03, 1:34-1:54, 12:05-17:32, 19:12-END

Step 1:  Write your name.  Fill the Space.  Ink it.  Use line variety.

Step 2: Use crayon to create patterns in the spaces.  Tell your story.

Step 3:  Paint the spaces with watercolor.

Step 4:  Put it on display every day in the art studio!

Artist Statements

Students will write an artist statement for 2 self chosen art pieces that will be displayed in the art show.

Students will create a clock in the style of George Nelson using line and shape and papercutting.

Planets

Students will create the solar system using line, shape, color, and shading.

To begin:

We will complete a practice sphere.
