Students will create a city using perspective, the colors in the color wheel and some multiplication arrays for windows.
1st trace a paper plate.
Now add a point or small x in the center of your circle.
Use a ruler to draw a line from that center point or the Vanishing Point.
Draw a few more at different widths.
Now cut the tops off at different heights by drawing a cut off line and erasing the extra. Don't erase the Vanishing Point yet.
Use multiplication arrays for the windows and addresses.
Now trace with skinny sharpie and color the buildings to match a color wheel.
Here are some other finished examples.
